We overcome this implementation gap by supporting these business-ready entrepreneurs with feasible credit and market linkages along with product redevelopment/ refinement if requires to make their enterprise sustainable and successful. This in turn aids government bodies, CSR funders and institutional donors in providing their project beneficiaries the right market opportunities at varying scales.

Micro - Business Plan

Each entrepreneur trained or skilled on a particular sector, requires a customized business plan at an individual or at a collective level that is prepared by us based on the local market realities and opportunities which is also a key to her/his success for availing fund or expanding business. Given our business competence, we help our clients in developing sector-specific business plan vetted through market studies which help the entrepreneurs to have better access to market and finances. Further, it supports government, institutional donors, CSRs to enable their clients in undertaking similar approaches. Till now, 10 MBP have developed.

Value Chain Studies

With an increasing number of skill training efforts throughout the country, there is a demand from various donors and training providers to map out the type and need of skill development customised to different market dynamics. We conduct skill gap assessments to create customized course-ware, a crucial pre-requisite to the success of skill training programmes.
